Shipping Within India

Orders are usually shipped within 2 weeks from the date of order confirmation.

In some cases, shipping may take longer depending on product availability, customisation, alteration, order volume, or other operational reasons.

Cash on Delivery in India

Cash on Delivery, also known as COD, is available only for selected orders and only on standard size products.

For orders of ₹18,001 and above, COD may be available only after payment of a 30% token amount. This token amount must be paid through bank transfer, payment link, UPI, or any other approved electronic payment method.

Once the payment link is shared, the customer must complete the required payment for the order to be confirmed and processed.

Order Processing

Once your order is confirmed and payment requirements, if any, are completed, we will begin processing your order.

Processing and dispatch timelines may vary depending on whether the product is ready-to-ship, standard size, custom-made, altered, or made-to-order.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide.

For international orders, a standard shipping fee of ₹2,500 is applicable.

Cash on Delivery is not available for international orders. All international orders must be prepaid before they are processed and shipped.

Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines may vary depending on the delivery location, courier partner, customs clearance, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order is shipped, tracking details may be shared with the customer, where applicable.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, clearance charges, or any other charges imposed by the destination country will be the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Shipping Details

Customers are requested to provide complete and accurate shipping details while placing an order.

RISA will not be responsible for failed delivery, delay, or return of shipment caused due to incorrect address, wrong phone number, incomplete details, or customer unavailability.
